Image of all pieces that make up the Blacksmith Floor.

Printing the Blacksmith Floor pieces have been very straight forward and easy to print. All pieces printed flat on the build plate in 8 total pieces. All details on print information per piece is listed below. Since this building was printed while in beta (early development). Files for FDM printing have changed since that time. As a result the floor now prints in 4 pieces rather than 8 for FDM printers and pieces listed below depict what pieces would be size wise and assembly if printed on a resin printer.

Special Note: ALL pieces in this printing process required rotation for the optimum print orientation. Unless specifically stated the orientation of printing is shown in the image with each individual piece. An example image is shown at the bottom of the page for further explanation.

Print Data

For ALL FDM print profile settings used in this print build. Here is the Google Doc which lists them all.

**Special Advice** These files print perfectly fine without supports on a FDM printer. Although files are supplied as supported versions they are not necessary as the bricks on the files are simple overhangs.

Required Print Processes

The most notable difficulty is that ALL pieces of this set require rotation of opened STL file to be flat on the print bed when loading into your slicer. The largest thing to look out for is to make sure that the bottom of each base piece is flush against the build plate. This ensures a good solid layer of adhesion for your print and best success while printing. When looking for the side to put against the build plate look for the side that has no details.

Image below shows rotation of piece from Fishers Hut print logs but concept is same for Blacksmith as well.
