Project Main: Lost Adventures Vol 2
Overview
The Bloodbarrow Gnolls are one of the first prints of the Lost Adventures Vol 2 Kickstarter i’ve started with. I decided that I’m in no rush and want to see what printing at a lower layer height is all about and if it is noticeable while painting. So all models moving forward are going to be 0.02 mm instead of 0.05 mm layer height that I printed the Fantasy Props Kickstarter with.
The one thing I love about this model is that there is a mix of genders for the Sage and Bowman as women. It may sound small but as a female gamer this is a big big step to see more models of gender variation. I also really love the variation in weapons that are not as common. This really makes this collection of Gnolls unique and unlock others of their kind.
Print Issues/ Areas of Improvement
Overall i’m very very happy about these prints. The only obvious issues is a few small spot marks from supports. I could potentially improve and reduce exposure time. This was the first time printing at 0.02mm layer heights.
