Project Main: Lost Adventures Vol 2
If I lived in the village of a giant forest with scary monsters there is no crew better to select to protect myself. These Wardens from the Heartwood forest of the Lost Adventures 2 Kickstarter are full of character. Until this Kickstarter I do not think I’ve ever owned catfolk models (tabaxi) and now I have 3 so far! Two from this set and one from the Tradefolk set. What can I say I love the poses and even the scale of the minotaur. Normally I complain about models being too large due to scale creep but my previous models of minotaurs from the Reaper Bones line are scaled as standard miniatures when minotaurs in D&D are large. This guy is the perfect height and is fantastic to portray the differences in size while adventuring.
I only experienced one small issue while printing this model but could be easily cleaned up with greenstuff and in the future with experimentation (see below).
Print Issues/ Areas of Improvement
I experienced one issue while printing the elephant warden in this set. For some reason the elbow supports did not quite work and removed slightly while printing. I ended up with delamination of the model only on this elbow. This issue appears only on this model as I printed approximately 20 models throughout the week with the same settings. Speaking to others who have printed without issue this is telling me I still have not perfected my exposure settings. TIME FOR EXPERIMENATION!
