Project Main: Lost Adventures Vol 1
Overview
The Eye Horror also known as a Nothic in D&D is the next set of models printed from the Lost Adventures Vol 1 Kickstarter. This creature is exactly as I imagined a Nothic to look like and would most definitely be the winner when looking for such a model for my D&D creature list. This model printed easily and without issue. Definitely a recommended purchase. For all of you starting DMs looking to play the Lost Mines of Phandelver (5e Starter Set) this is a must have purchase.
One of the most interesting aspects of this set is that the sculpt comes in two STLs one with a notch in its eye and one without. This will make for the perfect experiment about if I prefer models who add the iris to the eye or not. Off to the painting table to try it out (well on the list of things to paint).
Print Issues/ Areas of Improvement
I did not have any issues printing this model however I did print it with the tail of the Adult Green Guardian which pulled from the supports. You should not have any issue printing the Nothic/ Eye Horror and adding it to your collection.
