Overview ~ Print issues/Areas of Improvement ~ Print Data ~ Where to find Files

Overview

Now this set is in my must haves and will be some of my most used pieces! No matter where you are, in the woods or in a dungeon a campfire is one of the most common pieces i’ve needed as a dungeon master. One great thing about this collection is that there is both cooking fires and plain fire pits which are lit and unlit.

Although this set did give me some trouble, most notably the cauldron. I was capable to test, experiment and grow specifically in the area of my resin exposure times. I only got the cauldron to print after I added my own supports on top of the presupported ones though. Lesson learned that in some cases the smaller the support the higher the exposure time. Since those supports are so much thinner upping the exposure on my SLA printer is important.

Print Issues/ Areas of Improvement

The largest area of improvement for this set is without a doubt under exposure for resin printing. Other issues such as the FDM campfire did not persist and was a one off issue what could be easily rectified by cleaning my print bed. Also being more sensitive when removing supports would have kept the legs on the pig cooking model.
