Project Main: Lost Adventures Vol 1
Overview
This Storm Giant is an absolute monster of a figure. Towering over 5.5 inches in height (141 cm) this is easily the tallest model in the Lost Adventures Volume 1 kickstarter to date in my collection. This model can be added with or without the lightning spell effect but find the spell a fantastic fit into the hands of the model and a great addition to its story telling.
I had no issue printing the models and printed with several other models in the collection including the Royal Guard Captain and one of the Mages.
Although I do like this model I personally wish I scaled the model down to be more comparable in scale with the other giants in this collection. If you plan to print this model check what kind of scale you are looking for because it might be almost too big to play on your tabletop (or at least for me).
Assembly
Assembly of this model is really straight forward. I simply combined the legs together using some super glue. Then I attached the torso followed by the head and arms. It was overall very obvious where each of the pieces go with the exception of the lightning spell. The spell itself will fit within the fingers of the left arm and should slide in without much difficulty and held in place. It took a minute to figure out its orientation but looking at the image render helped a lot.
