Project Main: Lost Adventures Vol 1
The Watcher file provided in the Lost Adventures Volume 1 kickstarter immediately reminds me of a Gazer in Dungeons and Dragons. A Gazer is a miniaturized version of a Beholder the classic eye monster designed and created by Wizards of the Coast. While the Beholder is one of the most iconic monsters in dungeons and dragons the Gazer is most likely one of the ones you would encounter more frequently.
I am super pumped to have an actual miniaturized version of a Beholder in this watcher file as my current Gazer miniature I printed and Painted for my tabletop was not necessarily the best and this tentacle arms kept falling off. This model will be the perfect replacement. Although I will admit this figure is definitely not a “tiny” creature and is roughly the size of a standard 28mm miniature.
The Watcher prints nicely on my resin printer and I absolutely love the sculpt of its tongue to hold up this “flying” creature. This is definitely a must have for those Dungeons and Dragon players out there. The only print issue that occurred in this print went to the Green Guardian Dragon. I also printed this model along side the nothic/ eye horror
Print Issues/ Areas of Improvement
I did not have any issues printing this model however I did print it with the tail of the Adult Green Guardian which pulled from the supports. You should not have any issue printing the Watcher and adding it to your collection.
